Printing forming bin

Material introduction
Poly (ether ether ketone) (PEEK) is a kind of semi crystalline high-performance polymer material approved by the food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2013. It is considered as one of the next generation of biomaterials that can replace titanium alloy as the raw material of bone implants in the future.
Compared with metal materials, peek's density and elastic modulus are closer to the original bone itself, which can reduce the postoperative discomfort and effectively alleviate the stress shielding effect. Moreover, PEEK material is translucent and non-magnetic to X-ray transmission. In addition, PEEK material has excellent mechanical properties, good chemical inertia, and can withstand high temperature above 200 ℃, and can be repeatedly disinfected at high temperature.
PEEK material can be used to manufacture three kinds of medical devices, such as endoscope, because PEEK material can resist repeated high-pressure sterilization.
