This transparent grade PEEK material relies on the polymerization technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the 1960s to successfully develop the world's first unique molecular structure. With more than 60 years of polymerization technology accumulation and a sound independent intellectual property system, it has established a strong technical barrier. Compared to conventional PEEK conduits, this product has the characteristics of high transparency, high temperature resistance, and excellent mechanical performance, which can fully meet the demanding requirements of diverse application scenarios.

Transparent grade PEEK performance:

• High temperature resistance: Tg adjustable between 220 ℃ -338 ℃;

• Excellent mechanical properties: tensile strength greater than 100MPa; Tensile modulus 2-3.5GPa; The residual carbon rate can reach as high as 78.46%;

• Excellent electrical insulation performance;

• Outstanding hydrolysis resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, and flame retardant UL94-V0 grade;
