The main properties of PEI resin are as follows:
1. High long-term heat resistance, glass transition temperature (TG) is 217 ℃, HDT / AE is 190 ℃, and long-term service temperature (RTI) can reach 170 ℃.
2. The inherent flame retardant, oxygen index is 47%, and smoke is low, which meets the requirements of abd, far and NBS.

Application fields:
PEI has excellent comprehensive balance performance. It has been successfully applied in electronic, automotive, electrical, aviation and other industrial sectors. It is also used as a metal substitute for traditional products and cultural and daily necessities. Generally used in micro / public catering industry, analytical instruments, medical equipment, telecommunications, molded interconnect (MTD), automotive lighting, aircraft interior components, HVAC / fluid processing, etc.
PEI has excellent hydrolysis resistance, so it is used as handle, tray, fixture, prosthesis, medical lamp reflector and dental appliance of medical surgical instruments.
