PI high-temperature resistant pipe is a high-performance pipe made of polyimide material, which has the following characteristics:
1) Geometric dimensions are precise, with an inner diameter range of 0.1~5.0mm and a pipe wall of 0.01~0.15mm
2) High temperature resistance of 400 ℃ without softening or deformation, long-term use at 300 ℃.
3) Excellent insulation performance, with a dielectric strength greater than 100kv/mm.
4) High mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of not less than 150MPa.
5) Chemical stability and resistance to various chemical reagents.
6) Excellent resistance to light exposure and low gas release under thermal vacuum.
7) The surface friction coefficient is about 0.5, which can bond well with various adhesives
