Product features
1）The geometric dimension is precise, the inner diameter range is 0.1 ~ 5.0 mm, and the tolerance is good ± 015 ~ 0.10 mm.
2）Good high and low temperature resistance, no embrittlement at low temperature, no softening deformation at high temperature 400 ℃, long term use at 240 ℃.
3）The dielectric constant is about 3.4 and the dielectric strength is not less than 120 kV / mm.
4）The tensile strength is not less than 150 MPa and the elongation is not less than 10%.
5）Stable performance, resistant to a variety of solvents except strong alkali solution.
6）Good radiation resistance, low gas release in thermal vacuum.
7）The friction coefficient of the material is about 0.5, and it can bond well with many kinds of binders.
