1. Polyimide (PI) is an organic polymer material with excellent comprehensive properties. It has high temperature resistance of more than 400 ℃, long-term service temperature range of - 200 ~ 300 ℃, no obvious melting point, high insulation performance, dielectric constant of 4.0 at 103 Hz and dielectric loss of only 0.004 ~ 0.007. It is a class F to H insulation material.

2. Polyimide sleeve is spiral wound by multi-layer polyimide film and bonded with special glue. The bushing of this material has good electronic, physical and mechanical insulation properties. At extremely high and low temperatures, the casing has significant radiation resistance and flexibility.

Product features

1）   The geometric dimension is precise, the inner diameter range is 0.1 ~ 5.0mm, the tolerance is ± 3%, and the pipe wall thickness is 0.015 ~ 0.10mm.

2）   It has good high and low temperature resistance, no embrittlement at low temperature, no softening and deformation at high temperature of 400 ℃, and can be used for a long time at 240 ℃.

3）   The electrical insulation performance is good, the dielectric constant is about 3.4, and the dielectric strength is not less than 120kv / mm.

4）   Good mechanical properties, tensile strength not less than 150MPa, tensile elongation not less than 10%.

5）   Stable performance, resistant to a variety of solvents except strong alkali solution.

6）   Good radiation resistance and low gas release under thermal vacuum.

7）   The surface friction coefficient of the material is about 0.5, which can bond well with a variety of adhesives.

application area

As a pipe with geometric dimensions, electricity, mechanics and precision, it can be used under the service conditions of small space volume, harsh high and low temperature environment, complex electromagnetic and irradiation environment, such as organisms and underground, nuclear power plants, industrial facilities, instruments and equipment, as protective casing, insulating casing, gas and liquid conduit, etc.
